In 2022 we acquired the Polish equipment manufacturer B&P Engineering Sp. z o.o. With this acquisition, we can now supply our beverage customers with entire processing lines, complementing our high-tech equipment with new systems and vessels, and providing an enhanced sales and after-sales service to our customers.

Acquisition of Denwel spol s r.o., a supplier of specialised cold block equipment to breweries. The Company will continue under the sub-brand Bucher Unipektin, and will be operated by the new name Bucher Denwel.

In 2021 we acquired Merk Process GmbH, the German vacuum drying system supplier. The Company will continue as Bucher Merk Process GmbH.

Acquisition of the Spanish citrus fruit processing equipment supplier, Luzzysa. The Company will continue under the sub-brand Bucher Unipektin, and will be operated by the new name Bucher Exzel S.L.U.

In 2017 we took over Filtrox Systems AG. Until further notice, the business of Bucher Filtrox Systems AG will be continued under the sub-brand Bucher Filtrox and will in the future operate under the name “Bucher Unipektin AG, Competence Center Filtration.”
